The Role The Senior Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master is a senior delivery leader who helps Walsworth deliver meaningful outcomes predictably and at scale across customerfacing digital products, eCommerce platforms, and enterprise technology initiatives. This role blends scaled Agile leadership, program and project management discipline, financial stewardship, and coaching. You will lead complex initiatives across multiple Agile teams, support hybrid and waterfall projects where appropriate (including ERP), and provide transparency so leaders can make informed decisions. This is a handson leadership role with accountability for both outcomes and how those outcomes are achieved. The schedule for this salaried, exempt role is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery across multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment (SAFe or similar) Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, Architecture Syncs, and crossteam planning Facilitate as a Scrum Master for Feature teams, UX, Quality and/or Architecture Partner with Product, Architecture, UX, and Engineering to align priorities and capacity Define, track, and report delivery metrics and dashboards for teams and leaders Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies Track and manage project and capital budgets; communicate forecast vs. actuals Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and UX/UI Designers Provide direct people leadership to Scrum Masters and/or Project Managers, as assigned Partner with business sponsors and stakeholders; communicate clearly and early Support eCommerce and digital platform delivery Lead or support hybrid and waterfall initiatives, including ERP projects (NetSuite a plus) Coordinate delivery across multiple vendors and partners What Success Looks Like (Performance KPIs) Predictable, onvalue delivery across Agile and hybrid initiatives Clear, trusted delivery dashboards and executiveready reporting Proactive risk management with minimal late surprises Effective management of project and capital budgets Improved Agile maturity, team health, and delivery flow Strong sponsor trust and crossfunctional alignment Growth and development of delivery team members Required Qualifications 8+ years in senior delivery leadership roles (Senior Project Manager and/or Senior Scrum Master) Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe or equivalent) Proven success leading multiple Agile teams Strong experience with metrics, dashboards, risk, issue, and budget management Experience delivering digital products and eCommerce platforms Experience in multivendor environments Comfort operating across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Strong communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders Must be authorized to work within the U.S. (Walsworth does not offer employment sponsorship now or in the future.) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and social media check Must be willing to commute into the Overland Park, Marceline and other facilities as needed
Preferred:
