Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, facilitate SAFe implementation and ensure adherence to agreed-upon processes. This position removes impediments, fosters high-performing team dynamics, and drives continuous improvement. The Scrum Master educates the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, and SAFe practices while supporting the team's self-organization and goal achievement.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate all team-level SAFe ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Coach team members in Agile and SAFe practices. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Foster environment for continuous flow and relentless improvement. Support Product Owner in backlog management and refinement. Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.). Escalate unresolved impediments through appropriate channels. Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution. Participate in Scrum Master communities of practice. Support Program-level events and coordination.

Requirements:

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of Agile team experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master. Active Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification. Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in classified environments. Excellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools. Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
