6 Months Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive the successful delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including: Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values. Remove obstacles and impediments impacting team productivity. Foster collaboration among Product Owners, Development Teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story development. Track sprint progress and monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable improvement plans. Ensure transparency of project status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Help teams maintain focus on sprint goals and commitments. Drive Agile maturity across teams and the organization. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders in scaled Agile environments.
