A Scrum Master serves as the facilitator on an Agile team, helping them to achieve their delivery goals using the Agile methodology, a product development process, most commonly used in software development that focuses on iterative improvements.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams. Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices. Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM),Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting Army, DoD, federal acquisition, contracting, financial, or other mission enterprise systems. Ability to coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and promote predictable delivery across cross-functional technical and business teams. Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities and enhancements. Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum. Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness.
