Scrum Master Summary:

Facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages dependencies, tracks sprint commitments and delivery metrics, and supports consistent Scrum practices that help teams deliver ACWS capabilities predictably and efficiently.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams. Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices. Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM),Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting Army, DoD, federal acquisition, contracting, financial, or other mission enterprise systems.

Ability to coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and promote predictable delivery across cross-functional technical and business teams.

Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities and enhancements. Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum. Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness. Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making. #DSA209 #LI-JE1 The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. DSA - Salary Pay Range $125,000 - $135,000 USD Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
