$53.33/hr - $60.00/hr Role Overview The SAFe Scrum Master acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. This position coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removes barriers to successful implementation, and enables a continued focus on core delivery tasks. The role facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while tracking progress via appropriate metrics.
Key Responsibilities Agile Coaching & Facilitation:
Guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices; facilitate ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Delivery & Obstacle Removal:
Work closely with product development teams and Product Developers to prioritize product backlogs, clear impediments, keep projects on schedule/budget, and ensure quality standards.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track KPIs, communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote continuous improvement and high-quality delivery through retrospectives and team feedback sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills Overall IT Experience:
10+ years of overall IT industry experience with software development projects (Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure).
Scrum Master Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master driving technology teams as part of Agile Scrum using SAFe.
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence); excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Background in automotive and manufacturing industries. Custom Skill Requirements SAFe Scrum master Agile experience (Expert) Good to have experience in Automotive and manufacturing industry (Expert) JIRA, Confluence, smooth handling of issues, risks, and dependencies (Expert) Excellent communication skills (Expert) Strong knowledge and experience of Agile Scrum principles and practices (Expert) More than 10 years of experience in IT industry using technology skills like Java, J2EE, web development projects, cloud platforms (Expert) Qualifying Questions Do you have the qualified skills?
