This role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating teamwork, improving processes, and helping teams stay organized and focused. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to support sprint execution, maintain the backlog, and encourage continuous improvement. What You'll Do Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews Support backlog refinement and user story creation Help the team stay organized and focused on delivering value Track team progress using simple metrics and reports Identify and help remove obstacles that may slow the team down Communicate updates clearly with stakeholders and team members Encourage collaboration and continuous improvement What They are Looking For Experience working on web-based projects (development or related roles preferred) Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (formal certification is a plus, not required) Strong communication and collaboration skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a team environment Eager to learn and grow in an Agile leadership role
