This 6 month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and foster team growth in an agile environment. The role is hybrid in Culver City, CA.
Scrum Master/Project Manager Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor Scrum teams in applying Agile practices to deliver quality products. Support team development towards high performance by identifying improvement areas and coaching accordingly. Ensure understanding and adherence to Scrum principles and methodologies. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with project goals. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, as well as backlog refinement as needed.
Scrum Master/Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of product or project development experience within an Agile or Scrum environment. Intermediate experience with JIRA, preferably as an Administrator. Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including those resistant to change. Demonstrates strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Passionate advocate for Scrum and Agile methodologies.
