Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, resource planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives. Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies that may impact delivery timelines, quality, or business objectives. Drive governance, program reporting, and executive-level communication by tracking key Agile and project metrics including Velocity, Sprint Health, Burndown, Release Readiness, Milestone Tracking, Budget Status, and Delivery Forecasts. Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, technology, compliance, risk, and operational teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards within banking and financial services environments. Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed teams while managing project plans, release schedules, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across complex enterprise programs. Utilize Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms to manage backlogs, project roadmaps, sprint execution, reporting, and governance activities.
