Job Description Communicates regularly with clients to gain a clear and empathetic understanding of business problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes. Analyzes information gathered from clients and documents it as actionable Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria and defined business value. Communicates the intent behind each user story to the development and offshore teams, providing clarity and confidently addressing questions. Evaluates solution options and recommends approaches, balancing speed, complexity, and scalability within a low-code environment. Facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensures delivered solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria. Identifies process improvement opportunities and applies root cause analysis to business problems. Participates in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing prioritization activities. Solves problems within a complex enterprise IT environment while adhering to governance, audit, and documentation standards. Drives stakeholder alignment by facilitating tradeoff discussions and ensuring clear understanding across teams. Takes ownership of assigned efforts and ensures timely, high-quality delivery. Experience capturing both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, data considerations). Experience facilitating or supporting testing and validation activities (UAT). Experience as a business analyst within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint). Data modeling experience, including defining entity relationships that align with business needs and scalability. Understanding of Agile fundamentals and experience working within Agile teams. Understanding of IT service management practices (incident, change, problem, and SDLC lifecycle). Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and drive clarity independently. Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
