Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master - III to lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions. This role focuses on facilitating Agile practices, improving team performance, and ensuring successful execution of projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Scrum Master will act as a key liaison between teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, organize, and coach one or more cross-functional teams on Agile practices and methodologies Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support sprint execution by removing impediments and tracking progress Act as a communication bridge between product management, program teams, and development teams Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog Support short- and long-term release planning and ensure readiness for execution Partner with program and release managers for deployment and production activities Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time Identify and manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely project delivery Coach teams on user story development, sizing, and acceptance criteria Promote continuous improvement and adapt processes to enhance team productivity Coordinate with other Scrum Masters for scrum-of-scrums and multi-team alignment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven ability to manage changing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent initiatives Strong experience working in cross-functional and enterprise environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks Understanding of iterative and incremental development principles Experience leading and coaching teams Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent
