Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire an eLearning Developers to join a leading non-profit Healthcare Provider. In this role, you will support the development of ERP-related training materials as well as assist in end-user training in a variety of formats including e-learning/in-person/virtual for a new ERP Implementation within Supply Chain. The individual will collaborate with subject matter experts and adapt the training approach as changes to the supply chain business model occur.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Support the development and maintenance of supply chain training material that captures each process related to the use of the ERP supply chain functionality, including drafting, reviewing, editing materials as assigned. Confirm revisions with SMEs and leadership.
  • Participate in the development of e-learning modules including delivery of key content, learner engagement strategies, quizzes, and other related materials through the use of slides, e-learning design software, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop user manuals for the ERP system and other supply chain tools as necessary.
  • Deliver training sessions in a variety of delivery settings (in-person, web) to support system, division, and local level end-users.
  • Assist end-users on an as-needed basis,
  • Support the tracking of end-user completion status and training metrics to articulate training effectiveness and progress across Supply Chain and other users.
  • Contribute to the training plan implementation, including support of scheduling, identifying attendees, communication, and other tasks as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, curriculum and instruction, marketing, communications, or another field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an eLearning Developer working with Articulate Storyline and Rise or another related system.
  • Must have experience working with Camtasia or another video editing software.
  • 2+ years of experience working with an ERP Application, either developing training for or as an end user (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or another related ERP system).
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, and Google workspace or Microsoft suite required.
  • Experience working in health care Supply Chain environment is strongly preferred.
  • Open to the possibility of future travel if needed.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and driving work forward with minimal direction
  • Highly collaborative and able to build strong working relationships across teams
  • Clear, organized, and consistent in the delivery of work and commitments
  • Must sit in either MST, PST, or CST time zones
  • Master's degree or any degree related to health care.
  • Experience training end-users in Supply Chain
  • Experience working in health care Supply Chain environment.
