We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Business Systems and Applications Coordinator to support the applications and technology-enabled processes used across our organization. This entry-level opportunity is for someone who enjoys learning new technology, solving problems, and finding ways to improve how work gets done. As the employee becomes familiar with our systems and operations, the position may gradually take on greater responsibility for maintaining and improving our business applications. Position Summary The Business Systems and Applications Coordinator provides day-to-day support for our business applications and related processes. This position assists with system maintenance, electronic forms and templates, reporting, workflow improvements, website updates, and user support. Prior experience with Brightree or another healthcare application is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates technical aptitude, initiative, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining business application settings, electronic forms, templates, reports, and workflows Provide day-to-day application support and help troubleshoot user and system issues Support the testing and implementation of new features, system updates, and process changes Work with internal users and software vendors to help resolve application issues Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplicate work, and improve efficiency Create and maintain reports, user guides, job aids, and process documentation Assist with user setup, onboarding, and basic application training Update company website content and help ensure information remains current and accurate Learn the administration and ongoing maintenance of supported business applications Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology, such as patient intake, insurance verification, referrals, medical billing, or electronic health records Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work effectively with employees across different departments Preferred Experience Experience with Brightree or another healthcare business application Experience creating or maintaining electronic forms, templates, reports, workflows, or process documentation Familiarity with website content management systems Work Schedule In-person position Monday through Friday; day shift Overtime as needed
