In-Person Client Interview Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior GoLang Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend microservices and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang), Python, microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud platforms, and SQL/NoSQL databases . This is a 100% onsite position in Los Angeles, CA , working closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Go (Golang) and Python. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed backend systems. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift . Integrate backend applications with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP . Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB . Write unit tests and maintain high standards for code quality and reliability. Participate in and lead technical code reviews . Support automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize application performance, scalability, and stability. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience . Strong hands-on experience developing backend applications with Go (Golang) . Experience working in enterprise-scale software development environments. Technical Skills Programming Languages Advanced proficiency in Go (Golang) . Working experience with Python .
