Job Description
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions across enterprise environments. Manage OneAgent deployment and configuration on servers, containers, and cloud platforms. Monitor application performance, infrastructure, network services, and digital user experience. Create dashboards, reports, and custom metrics for stakeholders. Configure alerting profiles, management zones, and anomaly detection policies. Perform root cause analysis of application and infrastructure performance issues. Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and DevOps tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Support cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve observability practices. Maintain monitoring standards, documentation, and operational procedures. Assist during major incidents and performance investigations. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Dynatrace platform administration and monitoring. Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts. Experience with Linux and Windows server administration. Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments. Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, and load balancers. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices. Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year #
