Job Description
We are seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to join a high-impact engineering initiative supporting core compiler and machine learning infrastructure for a global technology leader and pioneer in cloud, search, and AI platform infrastructure. In this role, you will play a pivotal part within a dedicated Grid Dynamics squad, driving the open-source OpenXLA pull request (PR) workflow and maintaining system stability. As a Senior Engineer on the team, you will combine strong hands-on C++ expertise - managing community contributions, troubleshooting complex GPU/CPU build and test failures, implementing targeted fixes, and collaborating with dedicated FTE rotation teams on high-level architectural escalations. Essential functions Manage, coordinate, and streamline the OpenXLA pull request (PR) workflow within a large-scale, high-concurrency open-source C++ repository. Diagnose, debug, and implement code fixes for failed OpenXLA PRs and internal automated test suites where resolutions are well-understood or non-complex. Monitor open PRs, conduct technical triage, and maintain active, professional communication with PR authors and community contributors.
