Learning Developer Details:

Contract position $43.51 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday) eLearning Development

• 60% Create interactive online learning content Develop learning assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks Build engaging user experiences that support learning objectives Translate storyboards and instructional content into effective eLearning courses Visual Design & Animation
• 25% Create animations, visual assets, and interactive elements Design instructional graphics and user interface components Optimize content presentation to enhance learner engagement and retention Project Coordination & Documentation
• 15% Organize and maintain project files and documentation Schedule project kickoffs, review meetings, and stakeholder check-ins Generate Review links and manage feedback cycles Collaborate with instructional designers, illustrators, and business partners throughout development projects e

Learning Developer Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience developing eLearning content Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning best practices Experience creating online training courses that incorporate graphics, audio narration, and interactive elements Ability to interpret and implement detailed storyboards Experience designing animations and visual learning assets Working knowledge of JavaScript Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools preferred Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Experience with retail operations or technical product training is a plus Graphic design experience preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
