Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong hands-on Java development and architecture experience. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, develop scalable microservices, and drive architecture modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Java-based microservices using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot . Lead solution architecture, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews. Develop REST APIs using JSON and OpenAPI/Swagger standards. Build event-driven applications using Kafka . Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, queries, and aggregations. Develop and optimize SQL queries for transactional and reporting use cases. Ensure application scalability, availability, security, and performance. Support AWS/OpenShift , CI/CD, deployments, and production troubleshooting. Conduct code reviews, RCA, testing, and technical risk assessments. Mentor junior developers and collaborate with BA, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams. Required Skills Strong experience with Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data Microservices Architecture REST APIs / OpenAPI / Swagger Kafka MongoDB AWS / OpenShift Strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
