Job Description We're looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise contact center solutions. This role will focus on IVR/ACD development, system optimization, and troubleshooting, helping deliver seamless customer experiences across omni-channel platforms.

Location:

Plantation, FL Pay Rate Range:

$85-90/HR on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and support IVR/ACD flows and scripts in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) Act as a subject matter expert for Genesys CloudCX capabilities Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs Perform system troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues Support QA, UAT, and production deployments Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and performance optimization Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality customer experience solutions

Required Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills Strong experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) Expertise building IVR/ACD flows and Architect scripts Solid understanding of telephony (VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, QoS) Experience with contact center technologies (ACD, dialer, WFM, call recording) Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to work across complex systems and cross-functional teams

NiceTo Have:

Genesys Cloud certification Experience with CloudCX APIs and integrations Scripting/programming (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, etc.) Backend experience (Node.js, Java, Python) Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, AWS Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and data analytics Experience with omni-channel and modern CX platforms If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
