JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a top industrial equipment client. This individual will play a critical role in building and enhancing business applications and system integrations across the organization. The developer will work closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support scalable, secure, user?friendly solutions. This role offers the opportunity to own deliverables end?to?end, influence technical decisions, and contribute to long?term system improvements within a stable, growing organization. Day?to?

Day:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into application features
• Design, develop, and test custom full?stack components
• Collaborate with IT teams to define specifications and architecture
• Build and enhance user interfaces for internet/intranet applications
• Perform unit, integration, functional, and non?functional testing
• Debug, troubleshoot, and support existing applications
• Enhance and modernize current systems with new features
• Design database architecture and server?side processing
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Respond to support issues and maintain application stability

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of ASP.NET development using C#
• Strong

HTML/CSS

experience (Bootstrap)

• 3+ years of JavaScript and jQuery
• 3+ years developing on the Point platform
• Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, APIs)
• Strong SQL design skills and data automation experience
• Solid understanding of application security best practices
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience building user?facing web applications
• Strong communication, organization, and time?management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems
• Background evaluating build vs. buy technical solutions
• Experience creating technical documentation/handbooks
• Exposure to intranet and enterprise?level applications
• Prior work in manufacturing or industrial environments
