As a Software Development Engineer Intern working in Belvidere, IL, you will be responsible for completing small coding projects under the mentorship of a Software Engineer. Projects will help develop, maintain, or test capabilities of Test and Measurement instruments and will be chosen at the time of the internship.

Key Responsibilities include:

Complete small projects under the mentorship of a SW Engineer Get training on how to use Anritsu software and hardware. Both manually and automated systems. Test software before it gets delivered to customer Create documentation / user guides Write test scripts (usually python) Participate in team meetings This position will be reporting to the Sr. Manager, Field Applications Engineering.

Requirements:

Working toward a BS/MS Computer Science/Computer Engineering Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of

OOAD/OOP
