Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving performance and system issues to maintain platform stability and meet SLAs, using tools like ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management. Responsible for deployments using Azure DevOps and managing post-deployment updates for Power Apps Portal, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Automate across various environments. Involve in monitoring and supporting middleware, ADF Pipelines, and applications on Windows and Linux servers, ensuring optimal system performance.
