Full Stack Developer

Overview Golden Eagle Distributors is seeking a hands-on IT / Digital Lead to own and manage our digital platforms and internal systems. This role combines web oversight, systems management, and leadership of a small overseas digital team. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, and capable of managing execution without needing a large internal IT department.

IN-PERSON ROLE IN ILLINOIS

Responsibilities Web & Digital Own and maintain all company websites and domains Lead development and management of e-commerce / recommerce platforms Manage hosting, plugins, updates, backups, and uptime Review, approve, and deploy all website changes Coordinate daily tasks with an overseas web development team Design Oversight Maintain brand consistency across all companies Review and approve graphic design work (catalogs, flyers, signage, digital assets) Assign production design work to overseas designers SEO Manage SEO strategy and performance tracking Oversee on-page and technical SEO execution Manage Google Business profiles and analytics Systems & Software Act as internal owner of key systems, including: ManageMore Nextevia Atlas Access Control Office and workstation software Manage system access, permissions, and basic IT security Coordinate with third-party IT vendors when needed Team & Vendor Management Directly manage a small overseas digital team (2 people) Assign tasks, review work, and enforce quality standards Serve as the single point of accountability for all digital and IT work Qualifications Strong understanding of website management and web development Experience with WordPress, e-commerce platforms, hosting, and plugins Ability to review and direct graphic design work Working knowledge of SEO and analytics Experience managing outsourced or overseas teams Comfortable learning and supporting business software systems Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Preferred Experience Distribution, wholesale, or B2B environments ERP or POS system exposure IT systems or networking fundamentals What This Role Is A leadership and ownership role Hands-on with accountability Central to daily operations What This Role Is Not Not a large-team IT department Not purely creative Not entry-level Compensation Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply Apply with your resume and a brief summary of relevant experience.
