React.js and Node.js Tech Lead Moline, IL/Day 1 onsite 6-12 months We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Tech Lead (ReactJS and NodeJS) to provide technical leadership and customer-facing engagement for enterprise application development. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between the customer and offshore development team , translating business needs into robust technical solutions while ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong across frontend, backend, and cloud integrations, and capable of guiding distributed teams with clarity and confidence. Technical Responsibilities Backend Design and guide development of RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript . Support integrations with enterprise systems using ABAP and OData . Promote containerized deployments using Docker . Ensure consistent adoption of Test-Driven Development (TDD) . Frontend Lead architecture and development using React and TypeScript . Drive frontend best practices for performance, accessibility, and reusability. Ensure frontend code quality through TDD and reviews.
