JOB DESCRIPTION

As a PAE, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance for the sales department, Customer service (CSRs), and customer directly.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical support for the sales department and customers directly, assistance in preparing a technical offer, selection of an appropriate hydraulic motor and steering units. Providing technical support to customers during the sales process. Cooperation with internal departments (quality, production) in matters related to customer requirements. Creating new products in SAP and PLM systems. Coordinating the creation of prototypes of new products.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

good knowledge of English knowledge of the basics of mechanics, hydraulics and machine design ability to read technical documentation knowledge of technical drawing and CAD systems very good knowledge of MS Office tools communication skills, independence, openness to challenges

NX WORKING CONDITIONS
