As a Hardware Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing complex computing and firmware systems that power our robotic platforms. You will lead a team of engineers focused on system architecture, firmware development, and embedded systems integration while implementing robust development processes and technical standards. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in engineering team management
- Experience in new hardware product development
- Experience in DFx (cost, test, manufacturing)
- Experience with safety-critical firmware development
- Proven track record in robotics computing platforms Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with robotics control systems and sensor integration
- Background in real-time operating systems and deterministic computing
- Experience developing complex embedded architectures for robotics
- Track record of innovation in robotics computing platforms
