This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing enterprise-scale applications and cloud-based solutions across our technology portfolio. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in .NET/C#, React, and Azure, capable of independently driving complex initiatives from concept to delivery. While this is an individual contributor role, prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, can navigate complex technical challenges, and partners effectively across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Success in this role requires strong full-stack development experience, cloud architecture knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of critical projects with minimal oversight.

Compensation:

$12-15/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET backend development and React.js frontend development. Strong experience designing and delivering full-stack applications within Azure environments.
