Key Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Public Trust Suitability clearance Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience working with large enterprise frameworks 7+ years of hands-on experience with the AWS Cloud platform 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect 3+ years of experience using Node.js, Python, or Java 3+ years of experience designing call routing and messaging Strong AWS Cloud and Amazon Connect development experience Extensive experience with IVR, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), skill-based routing, and live chat Experience gathering, reviewing, and documenting requirements Experience creating process-flow documentation Experience with Lambda, Lex, conversational bots/NLP, Kinesis Streams, Glue, VPC, SNS, AppSync, EventBridge, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB Streams, Service Catalog, and Kinesis Data Analytics Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience:
Prior federal government experience Experience working independently and in team environments Strong understanding of change management, testing, and high-availability practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven enterprise environment 3. NLP Senior Data Scientist /
