Software Engineer:

+ Developing solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope on both current and next generation technologies in support of our family of Surface Vehicle products

+ Performing software development of new products across all phases of the product lifecycle from concept development to lab and offsite integration and evaluation

+ Performing software development at component, subsystem and system level including embedded control systems and sensor/operator interface development

+ Working cohesively on a multi-functional team with exciting technologies and products

+ Providing offsite integration and test support

+ Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications +

What You'll Need:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/computer engineering/CIS/MIS or a related field
  • C/C , C#, Python, and/or Java programming
  • Basic shell scripting experience
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week (with every other Friday off)
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
