- Sirion Certified CLM Professional Other

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / Docusign) problems.
- Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platforms Ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Manage changes to the CLM platform effectively, following established change management processes.
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ Docusign) data structures and processes.
- Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platform issues, and best practices.
- Buyer/Support/Manager updates Agreement Expiry date Updates. Notification Updates Create or Amend Help Text Removing the user from team in Notification Workflow Update Create/Update Workflow approvals. Create/Update Rules Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance.
