Design, implement, and support Spring Batch jobs for large-scale data processing and integration. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior developers. Coordinate development activities with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Manage task assignments, code reviews, and technical guidance for distributed teams.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
