Full Job Description Company Overview:
TTE is a leading developer and innovator in the exciting and expanding fields of Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving (AD). These rapidly evolving sensors, cameras, radar and lidar-based technologies assist drivers by providing information and acting on environmental data at the front, side, and rear of vehicles to help warn drivers of impending danger. Educational attainment and professional Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or 5 years' experience on similar works. General competencies Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven experience in reliable execution and defining goals for the team. Ability to lead the team in solving complex embedded software problems and deliver software reliably. Work experience (Nice to have) Proficient in implementing software development practices including:
ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434
Experienced with both Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR framework architectures. Skilled at analyzing customer requirements and summarizing key software deliverables.
Job Description:
Vehicle and Lab Electrical Technician General Job Requirements:
Promotion of new products within the group (proposal, demo) Maintenance of existing products and customer relationships Tasks assigned by the supervisor Provide technical support to responsible clients (Tier 1)
Professional Job Requirements:
Take responsibility to the assigned development project Collection and organization of data related to global regulations, automaker standards, and corporate guidelines Prepare documents following development standards such as
ISO 26262, ISO
21434, ASPICE, etc. Development of new technologies and creation of related technical documents Verification of developed technologies through theory, simulation platforms, or real vehicle testing Support for DV (Design Validation) or PV (Product Validation) experiments Patent proposals Collection and organization of industry information Failure or Quality analysis
Development Phase:
Troubleshooting system failures Identify and resolve system issues
Production Phase:
Collecting and addressing customer complaints Providing post-production support to customers Document production Preparation of development documents, including production-ready diagrams and related materials Compliance with system standards (e.g.
ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO21434
) Documentation on processes or development activities Prototyping DUT preparation for demo/testing Technical support Remote/ On site support for end customer or 3 parties involved in the project. Remote/ On site supports internal TTE group for training or technology transfer. Annual evaluation (tied to annual KPIs) Understanding of regulations and automaker standards Improvement of professional technical knowledge Understanding of the group's products
Key Skillset:
C/C++ programming language Vehicle network (CAN, CANFD, LIN, ethernet) RTOS Embedded System Development Familar AutoSAR/QNX developemnt (optional)
