Schedule:
7:00am - 7:30pm shifts Every other or every third holiday rotation
Desired Qualifications:
Current and active RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit BLS and ACLS certification (AHA preferred) Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients requiring intermediate level monitoring Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, promptly responding to clinical changes Provide patient and family education for disease process, recovery, and discharge planning Ensure meticulous patient documentation, adherence to protocols, and compliance with safety standards
