Develop, test, implement, and document application configuration components Work independently and/or within teams throughout all phases of the program Communicate and coordinate with end-users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine features, requirements, and solution design Document technical specifications and designs Troubleshoot and resolve application issues / testing failures as needed Adhere to program specific design, coding, naming conventions, and standards Participate in configuration/code reviews and apply corrections as required Adhere to applicable change control processes Write/revise documentation Advise others on detailed specifications Design and create documentation, application operational processes and procedures Performance on projects:

• with specific modules and functional areas contemplated for the project
• utilizing SAP
• developing and enhancing applications based on specifications
• testing applications
• developing system documentation
