Job Description
Beltservice Corporation is seeking an innovative and business-minded AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to support the company's Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology, helping identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance decision-making, and improve the employee and customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with business teams across the organization to evaluate processes, develop practical AI-enabled solutions, manage implementation efforts, support user adoption, and help scale successful initiatives throughout the enterprise. ESSENTIAL 2-5
years of experience in IT, Business Systems, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or related areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with business users to identify and solve operational challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.PREFERRED
Experience with three or more of the following: Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Copilot Studio Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Fabric Azure AI / Azure OpenAI Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations REST APIs Prompt Engineering AI Agents Manufacturing, Distribution, or ERP environments Business Process Mapping Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies Core Competencies Strong business curiosity and desire to understand how the organization operates. Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn emerging technologies. Execution-focused with the ability to move ideas into action. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Focused on delivering business value rather than technology for technology's sake. What Success Looks Like During the first 12 months, the successful candidate will: Contribute to the development of Beltservice's AI and Automation roadmap. Deliver multiple AI and automation solutions into production. Help reduce manual work through automation and workflow improvements. Increase employee adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies. Create reusable AI agents, automations, workflows, and templates. Support the establishment of AI governance and best practices. Identify and implement process improvements that provide measurable business value. Become a trusted resource for AI and automation initiatives throughout the organization. Benefits Competitive salary starting from $75,000 to $110,000 / Year.
