Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for standardizing VM workstation images and management, Microsoft cloud integrations with Azure, administering group policy changes, enterprise workstation cybersecurity components, and supporting healthcare application deployments, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) client technologies and EMR endpoint management solutions. Develop, maintain, and communicate approved workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and support documentation in coordination with IS leadership and technical teams. Minimum Requirement s:
Associate's degree in a technology-related field. Two years of experience in end-user workstation support and maintenance. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure Integrations, and enterprise endpoint management technologies Experience supporting healthcare information systems, EMR workstation technologies, clinical workstation environments, and EMR workstation endpoint management or monitoring tools preferred. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
