Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. 2+ years in the following: Workday development experience in the advanced compensation functional area Workday development experience, including integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting Report writer,

Advanced Reporting Desired Skills & Experience:

Workday or other HR systems Compensation experience Experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools Experience/Knowledge in Adaptive Workforce Planning, Modeling, Sheets, Reports and Dashboards Knowledge of Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, access rules Experience in setting up integration between HCM and Adaptive, User sync and SSO Leadership skills include the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment Knowledge and understanding of Agile Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Ability to shift priorities as workflow/volume dictates Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology Workday Extend development experience

What You Will Be Doing:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Support the planning and sizing of development items for sprint planning Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for assigned product(s) in Workday Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
