Retail / CPG Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Management (RGMx) Integration Lead to lead the integration architecture, design, delivery, testing, and operational readiness of RGMx integrations within a large-scale retail environment. The Integration Lead will serve as a key technical partner between business stakeholders, data and engineering teams, enterprise architecture, IT teams, and external vendors . This individual will be responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, reliable, and high-quality data flows across Pricing, Promotion, Trade Architecture, and Planning platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise integration experience, strong knowledge of modern integration patterns and cloud data platforms, and proven experience working within Retail, CPG, Revenue Growth Management, or Trade Promotion environments. Key Responsibilities Own and define the overall integration strategy and architecture for the RGMx ecosystem. Lead the design and implementation of API, batch, event-driven, file-based, and database integrations . Define interface contracts, data mappings, source-to-target specifications, schemas, and integration standards. Partner with business, engineering, architecture, data, QA, and vendor teams to design, deliver, and validate integrations. Oversee integrations between RGMx, Trade Promotion Management systems, Data Lake/Lakehouse platforms, and other enterprise applications . Establish data reconciliation, validation, data quality, and exception-management processes. Lead integration testing across SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, performance, and production validation . Support deployment planning, cutover, production readiness, go-live, and hypercare activities. Manage integration risks, dependencies, technical issues, project timelines, and vendor deliverables. Establish integration governance, technical documentation, change-control processes, and technical approval procedures. Define requirements for monitoring, alerting, logging, recovery, error handling, and operational support . Develop operational runbooks and coordinate knowledge transfer with production support teams. Identify integration gaps and recommend scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration and engineering teams. Collaborate with third-party system integrators and vendors to ensure delivery meets technical and business requirements. Required Qualifications 15+ years of overall IT experience , with significant experience in enterprise integration, data integration, solution architecture, or related areas. Proven experience leading inbound and outbound integrations for large-scale enterprise or SaaS implementations. Strong knowledge of API architecture, integration patterns, data mapping, schema design, and interface contracts . Hands-on understanding of authentication and security mechanisms including: OAuth

Keys Service Principals Certificates Secrets Management Strong experience with cloud data platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Databricks . Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with integration and data orchestration technologies such as SAP CPI and/or Azure Data Factory . Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes . Strong understanding of data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and data validation . Experience managing third-party vendors, system integrators, and technology partners . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in Retail, CPG, Sales Technology, Trade Promotion Management, Analytics, or Revenue Growth Management . Previous experience working with RGM/RGMx platforms and implementations . Experience with Databricks Lakebase . Experience supporting enterprise Data Lake/Lakehouse environments. Experience integrating pricing, promotion, planning, sales, and trade-management platforms. Experience with complex, cross-functional enterprise technology implementations. Experience working in large-scale Agile/SAFe environments is a plus. Candidate Requirements Must have 15+ years of professional IT experience . Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder . Must be local to Ewing, NJ or within a reasonable commuting distance . Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week . Strong experience in the Retail/CPG domain is highly preferred. C2
