DevSecOps Lead Summary:

Lead DevSecOps operations, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, hosting coordination, security integration, patching, monitoring, and incident response across multiple environments.

Required Skills:

10 years in data architecture, data migration, and API integration, with experience in DoD procurement data standards. 7+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience, including AWS, Kubernetes/EKS AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA). Experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated security scanning, environment promotion controls, containerization, patching, and operational sustainment in secure enterprise environments Experience managing DevSecOps teams in enterprise environments Expertise in CI/CD pipeline administration, release coordination, and environment alignment Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, vulnerability management, system monitoring, and operational incident response Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Ability to coordinate across hosting and development teams Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, IL5/IL6 environments, Appian deployment processes, and RMF-aligned delivery in federal systems is highly desired CompTia Security+ certification

Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. DSA - Salary Pay Range $155,000 - $165,000 USD Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
