The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Role Summary RPA Developer III is a senior-level role responsible for designing scalable, efficient, and resilient automation solutions, This role provides technical leadership and mentors junior developers, Key Responsibilities Design and implement complex RPA solutions using UiPath Lead technical discussions and solution architecture for automations Mentor and guide junior developers Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and APIs Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of software development or RPA experience Strong expertise in UiPath and automation frameworks Advanced programming and system integration skills Preferred Qualifications UiPath Advanced Developer Certification Experience with AI/ML integrations, OCR, or intelligent automation Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control) Success Factors Technical leadership and mentoring ability Strong architectural thinking High accountability for quality and delivery Perform other duties as assignedOther Duties:
