We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and CI/CD , along with solid architectural and technical leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps and cloud infrastructure. Architect and manage Kubernetes environments for containerized applications. Implement and maintain GitOps practices for automated and controlled application and infrastructure deployments. Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform . Design and support cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) . Build, enhance, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes. Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Architecture teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency. Establish DevOps best practices for monitoring, logging, security, scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and production issues. Participate in infrastructure and application architecture discussions and provide recommendations for scalable technical solutions. Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance to team members. Drive DevOps automation initiatives and continuously improve engineering processes and platform reliability. Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards across cloud environments. Required Skills 10+ years of overall experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related areas. Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration. Proven experience implementing GitOps methodologies and deployment workflows. Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of designing and managing CI/CD pipelines . Experience with cloud infrastructure architecture, scalability, high availability, and security. Strong understanding of DevOps tools, automation, source control, and release management. Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud, infrastructure, and deployment issues. Experience in technical architecture and solution design . Demonstrated leadership skills , including mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments. Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools. Experience implementing DevSecOps practices. Relevant Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications would be an added advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
