Software Engineer#26-06966 Union, NJ All On-site Job Description Software Engineer, Mindlance Inc. (Union, NJ) Involved with complex technology initiatives and act as a key participant in developing standards and best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for software and technology engineering disciplines. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. Integrate and manage messaging systems using Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and communication between distributed services. Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Implement API Gateway solutions to handle routing, load balancing, authentication, and monitoring of microservices. Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment, attending sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and application reliability. Work with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL and MongoDB to perform CRUD operations and improve performance. Use tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle for version control, build automation, and CI/CD deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment for requirement analysis, sprint planning, and code reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field of study. 5 years of experience in job offered or related position with similar duties.

Special Skills:

3 years' experience required with SDLC, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, Pega BPM tools, Restful API's, Mockito and Log 4J Where all such experience can be acquired concurrently. Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the
