Job Description
Lead Full Stack Developer We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications aligned to modern engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript. Build backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js. Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS. Own delivery end to end from design through production support. Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews. Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Full Stack experience. Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript. Backend expertise in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js. Strong AWS experience. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD. Jest, Cypress, Datadog, CloudWatch. Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals. Agile/Scrum experience. Experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership. Nice to Have Kafka, EventBridge, SQS Databricks, Airflow, Temporal Elasticsearch Enterprise UI component libraries Bazel Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation SaaS, Marketplace, PropTech experience
