The Work We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of sophisticated software solutions supporting mission-critical programs. You'll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, solve complex problems, and help shape future capabilities and product roadmaps. In this role, you may:
- Lead, plan, and coordinate software development activities across the full software development lifecycle.
- Analyze requirements and develop preliminary and detailed software designs.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Apply software engineering standards, processes, procedures, and tools to deliver reliable solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues involving software requirements, architecture, interfaces, data, and system performance.
- Develop technical documentation, operating instructions, and software artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and innovative contributions to new business opportunities and future product capabilities.
- Support technical, cost, and schedule execution for software development efforts.
C Safety Critical Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
