Requirements Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Mainframe technologies within the banking and financial services sector.

Mandatory technical skills:

COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, SAS, and z/OS. Must have proven experience supporting Wealth & Asset Management applications, preferably in a complex banking production environment. Strong experience in 24x7 production/application support, including incident management, problem management, root-cause analysis, batch processing, and critical issue resolution. Candidate must be technically very strong and hands-on, capable of independently troubleshooting complex

COBOL/CICS/VSAM/JCL

issues. Experience with production releases, job scheduling, batch failures, system/application integration, SLAs, and high-severity incidents is required. Strong understanding of banking processes, Wealth & Asset Management applications, and business-critical financial systems is highly preferred.
