Job Description Be onsite at customers fabs to support customer tools in production Application support/post-sale for Automated optical inspection (AOI) systems installed at customer's site Support the United States territories technical teams Support new and existing systems according to your territory/location Work in a cleanroom environment Communicating customer requirements to the R D team, from spec definition to final release to customer Defining product properties - Ease of use, GUI, improvements Communicate with international teams for support and collaboration Requirements BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Engineering 10-years of experience (or more) as support engineer/service engineer/application engineer/ Process Engineer/Device Engineer in the semiconductor industry on multidisciplinary machines Previous experience with customer facing support Ability to travel within the USA up to 20% Willing to travel abroad when it becomes relevant
