Job Description

Tech Stack:
TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3), DynamoDB Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a contract engagement to build resilient backend services and full-stack solutions for strategic initiatives. You will tackle technical discovery, design API contracts, and deliver production-ready code in an agile environment. What You ll
Do Deliver Hands-On Code:
Build scalable microservices using TypeScript and Node.js, with occasional UI enhancements using React.
Design & Architect:
Create cloud-native backend services, establish API contracts, and solve complex system integration challenges.
Ensure Standards:
Implement enterprise-grade security (Security First), performance, and maintainability across services.
Collaborate:
Partner with product and engineering team members to refine requirements, sequence technical deliverables, and conduct code reviews. Key Qualifications TypeScript & Node.
js:
Expert-level experience writing production backend APIs and services.
Frontend:
Hands-on experience with React for web UI work.
AWS & Databases:
Practical experience with AWS serverless/cloud tooling (Lambda, ECS, S3) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
Auth & Security:
Strong understanding of JWTs and OAuth design patterns.
Execution:
Comfort navigating ambiguous requirements and delivering clean, well-tested code independently. Nice-to-Have Exposure to Java, Angular, GraphQL, or Kong API Gateway. Experience with CI/CD via GitHub Actions and cross-language migration patterns.
