Work Model:
Onsite four (4) days per week Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack development and enterprise system integration. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a mandatory presence in our Secaucus, New Jersey office four days per week. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software applications utilizing C# and the .NET framework. Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular or React. Design, optimize, and manage relational databases and complex queries using SQL. Integrate, configure, and customize solutions within M365 Dynamics or other enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Leverage cloud and low-code/no-code technologies, specifically Azure Cloud, Power Apps, or Power Automate, to streamline business processes and enhance application capabilities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and adhere to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Required Qualifications Education:
A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline is strictly required.
Experience:
Four (4) to six (6) years of professional software development experience.
Core Technical Skills:
Proficiency in backend development using C# and .NET. Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or React. Strong database management and query optimization skills using SQL.
Enterprise & Cloud Technical Skills:
Demonstrated experience with M365 Dynamics or an equivalent CRM system. Practical experience utilizing Azure Cloud services, Microsoft Power Apps, or Microsoft Power Automate.
