Job Description
ITECH Electronics is a global leader in power electronics testing instruments and solutions.
We specialize in AC/DC programmable power supplies, electronic loads, bidirectional and regenerative power systems, regenerative grid simulators, source meters(SMU), battery and PV simulators, DC power analyzers, and ATE systems.
Our products are widely used across industries such as electric vehicles, renewable energy, power electronics, energy storage, semiconductors, AI, medical electronics, and education. As we expand our U.S. operations, we are seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. We value individuals with strong technical expertise, hands-on application experience, and market insight who can help drive customer success and support regional growth. Key Responsibilities Field Application (Core FAE Functions) Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ITECH power supply and electronic load products. Work directly with customers to understand test requirements and propose optimal system configurations. Perform on-site or remote product demonstrations, evaluations, and application validation. Coordinate with headquarters and R&D for firmware, hardware, and software issue analysis. Prepare technical documents, test reports, and application notes for customer projects. Support local distributors and key accounts with training, troubleshooting, and system integration guidance. Marketing & Business Participation Collaborate with HQ marketing team to develop local marketing plans aligned with U.S. market focus (EV, renewable energy, battery test, etc.). Provide technical input for marketing materials , including white papers, product launch presentations, case studies, and application articles. Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events , representing ITECH's technical expertise. Collect and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to identify application trends and new business opportunities. Support digital marketing by creating localized technical content (videos, demos, application notes) for the U.S. audience. Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing programs targeting engineers and test managers. Work closely with sales and HQ to evaluate channel marketing performance and propose improvement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field . 3+ years of experience as an FAE, Application Engineer, or Test Engineer in power electronics, ATE, or test & measurement industry. Strong technical understanding of DC/AC sources, electronic loads, battery simulation, and energy regeneration systems . Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into marketing-friendly content. Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment. Experience with trade shows, webinars, or marketing content creation is a strong plus. Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus for communication with HQ.
