The Integration Engineer owns the connective tissue between our core business systems, building and maintaining the integrations that keep our CRM, ERP, and downstream platforms in sync. This role brings that capability in-house to move faster, retain institutional knowledge, and lay the data foundation for our ERP modernization and AI roadmap. This is a hands-on role responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting integrations end-to-end within a collaborative environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Integration Design and Delivery:
Build and maintain integrations between our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Plex), including account and item/asset data synchronization. Design straight-through automation between systems to eliminate manual re-keying and reduce errors. Deliver third-party platform integrations that support enterprise client onboarding and service operations. Support EDI automation and trading-partner data exchange.Data Foundation and Enablement:
Stand up the connected, governed data layer that feeds analytics and future AI capabilities, connecting our core systems into one clean, reliable data foundation. Partner closely with the data governance function to ensure integrations enforce clean, consistent master data across platforms. Enable reporting and embedded analytics through well-structured, reliable data pipelines.Ownership and Support:
Own integrations end-to-end, from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, implementing robust error handling and alerting. Document integration architecture, data mappings, and operating procedures to retain knowledge in-house. Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to project stakeholders and IT leadership.Supervisory Responsibilities:
